Will it look exactly like the photos?
Very close, but each piece carries its own character. Handcrafted ceramics, natural timber and woven fibres vary slightly in tone, grain and texture, so no two are identical.
How do I care for it?
Timber and ceramic pieces wipe clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Textiles follow the care note in the specifications above, generally a gentle cold machine wash for covers and throws. Woven baskets are best kept out of prolonged damp.
What exactly is included?
Everything included is listed in the specifications above. Cushions are supplied as covers only unless stated otherwise, vases are sold without stems, and baskets are sold without plants or liners.
How do I style it?
These pieces are made to sit together. Ceramics and trays work in odd numbers on a shelf or console, throws look best loosely draped rather than folded, and baskets earn their place in a corner where they can be seen as much as used.
How is it packed for delivery?
Every piece is inspected before it leaves us and packed with protection around any ceramic or glass components, then shipped with tracking. If anything arrives damaged, email us a photo and we will sort it out.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once dispatched, estimated transit is 3 to 7 business days, for a total estimated delivery of 4 to 9 business days. Shipping is free Australia wide with no minimum spend.
