Is it solar or wired?
The specifications above state which. Solar pieces need no wiring at all and charge from daylight. Hardwired pieces run from mains power and must be installed by a licensed electrician.
How much sun do the solar models need?
A position that gets several hours of direct sun gives the best runtime. Expect shorter runtime through winter, in shaded spots, or after a run of overcast days, which is normal for any solar light rather than a fault.
What is involved in mounting it?
Fixings and instructions are included. Solar and stake pieces go up in minutes with no wiring. Hardwired sconces and bollards need a licensed electrician, and the specifications above tell you which type this is.
How is it packed for delivery?
Every piece is inspected before it leaves us and packed with protection around the housing and any glass or diffuser components, then shipped with tracking. If anything arrives damaged, email us a photo and we will sort it out.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and arrive within 4 to 9 business days in total, to both Australia and the United States. Shipping is free to both, with no minimum spend.

I bought this to finish off the space and it ended up being one of my favourite additions. It the lights make the porch feel properly festive, and it also they were easy to arrange around the garden. It feels thoughtfully designed and we've been using it regularly since it arrived. Very happy with the overall look.

It looks nice and the pumpkins give off a really cosy glow, but mine one section took some adjusting to sit neatly and it needed a full sunny day before they were bright. It's usable and I'm keeping it, though I expected a smoother experience.
