How realistic does it actually look?
Close enough that most people do not look twice. The leaves are moulded from real foliage with printed veining and colour variation rather than a flat single tone. Up close you can tell, but across a room it reads as the real thing.
Does it come with a pot?
It depends on the piece. The specifications above state exactly what is included, since some are supplied potted and others are supplied as the plant alone so you can choose your own vessel.
Does it need light or water?
Neither. That is rather the point. Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight to protect the colour over time, and away from heat sources, and it will look the same in five years as it does on day one.
Will it look exactly like the photos?
Very close, but it arrives compressed from packing. Spend a few minutes bending the branches outward and fanning the leaves and it opens up to the shape shown. Slight variation between pieces is normal and part of what stops it looking mass produced.
