How much weight will it hold?
The load rating for this shelf is listed in the specifications above. As a general guide, keep heavier pieces such as ceramics and books on the lower shelf and use the upper shelf for lighter styling objects. Fixing into a stud rather than plasterboard alone makes a significant difference.
Does it come with mounting hardware?
Yes. Mounting hardware and instructions are included. For plasterboard we recommend using anchors rated for the load, or fixing directly into a stud where the position allows it.
How much assembly is involved?
Very little. Some shelves arrive ready to mount and others are flat packed with a small amount of assembly. Either way all hardware is included and most customers have it on the wall in around fifteen minutes.
Will the timber look exactly like the photos?
The form and dimensions will match, but the grain will not. These are natural timbers, so colour and grain pattern vary from piece to piece, which is what stops a shelf looking mass produced.
How is it packed for delivery?
Every shelf is inspected before it leaves us and packed with protection around the edges and corners, then shipped with tracking. If anything arrives damaged, email us a photo and we will sort it out.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once dispatched, estimated transit is 3 to 7 business days, for a total estimated delivery of 4 to 9 business days. Shipping is free Australia wide with no minimum spend.
