A radar motion sensor brings the Sentry on the moment anyone steps into range, then lets it fall away again once the path is clear. No fumbling for a switch with your hands full, no porch light burning all night, and a lit entry whenever someone approaches the house.
The opal diffuser sits inside a slim black aluminium frame, throwing an even wash rather than a hot spot, so it reads as architectural rather than as security hardware. IP65 rated and built for a 50,000 hour life, it handles rain, dust and coastal air without the finish going anywhere.
Key Features
Radar motion sensor that switches the light on as you approach and off once you have passed
IP65 rated, sealed against dust and water jets for genuine outdoor exposure

Slim black aluminium body with a baked finish, rust and corrosion resistant
18W LED rated for 50,000 hours, no bulb to replace
Warm white 3000K for an entry that feels welcoming rather than institutional

Refined details
Considered at every joint
The parts you notice once the piece is already standing in the room.
Radar, not infrared
Radar detects movement rather than body heat, so it triggers reliably in summer heat when infrared sensors start missing people.
Even wash, no hot spot
The opal diffuser spreads the LED across the whole face, so a doorway is lit without a glare you have to squint past.
IP65 and 50,000 hours
Sealed against dust and water jets, with an LED rated for around fifteen years of nightly use. Nothing to replace.

Dimensions and specifications
Sized for the room, not the catalogue
At 26 centimetres tall and 11 wide it sits comfortably beside a standard door without crowding the frame, and projects only 11 from the wall so it clears a walkway.
Our outdoor pieces are built for exposure, and the IP rating for this one is listed in the specifications above. Check that rating against where you plan to mount it, since a sheltered entry and a fully exposed wall are different jobs.
Is it solar or wired?
The specifications above state which. Solar pieces need no wiring at all and charge from daylight. Hardwired pieces run from mains power and must be installed by a licensed electrician.
How much sun do the solar models need?
A position that gets several hours of direct sun gives the best runtime. Expect shorter runtime through winter, in shaded spots, or after a run of overcast days, which is normal for any solar light rather than a fault.
What is involved in mounting it?
Fixings and instructions are included. Solar and stake pieces go up in minutes with no wiring. Hardwired sconces and bollards need a licensed electrician, and the specifications above tell you which type this is.
How is it packed for delivery?
Every piece is inspected before it leaves us and packed with protection around the housing and any glass or diffuser components, then shipped with tracking. If anything arrives damaged, email us a photo and we will sort it out.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and arrive within 4 to 9 business days in total, to both Australia and the United States. Shipping is free to both, with no minimum spend.
How do I get in touch?
Email us at info@muyva.com. We aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday.

Very pleased with it. Light is bright enough without feeling harsh.

The light itself looks great and the motion sensor works well, but delivery took quite a bit longer than I expected. The installation instructions could also be clearer. Happy with how it looks now that it's up, but the overall experience could have been smoother.
